PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via secure PayPal without any surcharge from The Kangaroo Island Shop.
Credit Cards: We accept all Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard. There is a surcharge of A$5.00 per sale, for using your credit card to make purchases. Overseas Cheques, Money Orders or Funds Transfer are not accepted. Our preferred method of Payment is by way of Paypal, no surcharges by The Kangaroo Island Shop are applied if Paypal is used.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
Shipping and handling costs must be added to shopping cart at time of ordering, as Paypal will not add this. If we request Shipping and handling costs from the purchaser, if it has not been added to the Shopping Cart at the time of order, we will send out (3) reminders to the purchaser, if we do not get a reply after (3) reminders, we will refund the order and refund the money to the purchaser.
POLICY OF REFUND
Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of The Kangaroo Island Shop, will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO GOODS
The Kangaroo Island Shop does not accepted responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. We can insure your order at additional cost with Australia Post.

CHANGES IN ORDERS
We cannot change orders once they have been placed, although if notified by the customer of an order error IN TIME BEFORE PROCESSING (by email) we will do our best to correct the order.

ERRORS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), The Kangaroo Island Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled The Kangaroo Island Shop shall within 7 days issue a refund to your credit card account or PayPal the amount of the incorrect price.
APPLICABLE LAW
As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in South Australia and you agree any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in South Australia.
